Our Builders
Our builders are second generation family builders, consisting of two brothers, Spiros and Yannis. They have learnt the building trade from their father and are extremely well respected in Zakanythos. All houses displayed have been built by them and there are many examples of their work on Zankaythos.
The build time is approximately 4 Months from the permission being granted, Villas are built to EU standards.
